Do you Really Know Your Customers?

Published 4 months ago • 1 min read

Did you know that 80% of your prospects lack information to make a purchase decision?

This is because they are unaware.

They have never used such a service.

So naturally, they need some basic information.

People won't spend money unless they are convinced the value they will receive exceeds the price.

Yet many small businesses make the mistake on their websites ignoring that and instead, talking only about themselves, simply listing their services, or concepts that are still over the unaware buyer's head.

No wonder website performance is so low.

It is no surprise that you can only convert clients when you make them confident that your solution is a great match for them.

How are you helping your website visitors get from ignorance to first awareness?

P.S. Customer testimonials are NOT effective for this goal.

If you want to fix this problem, please take my Buyer Journey quiz below and map out step by step the buyer journey so you act as a GUIDE to educate your prospect step by step towards your solution.

And by the way, the buyer journey is long. It could take someone up to 12 months to pull the trigger. But if you keep educating them, they usually will be loyal to buying from you when they feel the time is right. That's another mistake I see entrepreneurs making: ignoring those who didn't buy. The GOLD is in the nurture combined with follow-ups.

I hope you find this helpful. Wishing you massive success!

Your coach,

Krista

You don't want to overwhelm them with TMI. People's attention spans are invested just enough to give them a quick fix, a "snack". That is why I like to limit each post or video to one idea the viewer can consume in under five minutes. If they enjoy it, your CTA can invite them to get more OFF social media, like on your blog,...

As we enter the new year, I want to discuss how to win in 2024 on LinkedIn's professional platform. LinkedIn has enormously evolved over the past two years to be barely recognizable for those of us who have been here for multiple years. Forget all the rules you learned and things that used to work in the good old days. Let’s be honest: some of you are discouraged by a deep dip in numbers. That is because you don’t want to accept that things are different. 2024 will be a brand new game so...
