People's attention spans are invested just enough to give them a quick fix, a "snack".

That is why I like to limit each post or video to one idea the viewer can consume in under five minutes.

If they enjoy it, your CTA can invite them to get more OFF social media, like on your blog, newsletter, podcast, or YouTube channel, where you can deliver longer content with more "protein".
